arrived safely in Madagascar, quickly

The seller made a mistake and sent me an incompatible 4v power adapter for the UK. The one I need is 12v and for the US.

Well, since there are pictures, I'm going to try it.

Fake product! it works, plastic is good quality, electronics seems to be good quality, but this item is not as described. voltmeter for output high voltage measurement is tied directly to dc input 12v. on pcb are missing components for hv output measurement! output energy is far less than 1j, energy consumption is 250ma everage at 12v it is too much for less than 1j, so it is very inefficient, bad efficiency. i measured with proffesional equipment. i develop and produce electric fence units for mor than 25 years, so i know. i bought this electric fence charger because it is low price, i can't produce for this price of course, so i try and test it. i made first test in my lab, now i will test on real fence on field and write additional review later.

It should be protected from outdoor weather conditions.

Good condition on delivery. just connect to the mains and the values it input voltage and output are shown. possible to adjust the pulse duration and switch from 12kv to 8kv? - internally?
